MemFish AI Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the AI flashcard generation feature in MemFish. By enabling AI mode, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use AI features. By enabling AI mode, you self-attest that you meet this age requirement.

Acceptable Use

When using AI flashcard generation, you agree NOT to:

• Submit prompts containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to generate content that violates others’ rights
• Use the service to harass, harm, or deceive others
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

Content Guidelines

The AI may refuse to generate flashcards for certain topics. This includes but is not limited to:

• Explicit or adult content
• Violence or graphic content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Dangerous or illegal activities
• Personal or private information about others

Generated Content

• AI-generated flashcards may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
• Generated content is provided “as is” without warranties
• You may edit or delete any generated flashcards

Usage Limits

• Free tier: 10 generations per day
• Limits reset at midnight UTC
• We reserve the right to modify limits at any time

Reporting Issues

If you encounter problematic AI-generated content:

1. Use the “Report” button on the flashcard
2. Select a reason (offensive, inaccurate, or other)
3. Optionally provide details

Reports help us improve content quality and safety.

Service Availability

• AI features require an internet connection
• Service may be unavailable during maintenance
• We may suspend access for terms violations

Data Processing

Your prompts are processed by Google’s Gemini API. By using this feature, you also agree to:

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of AI features after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
